Introduction
This dashboard provides UK businesses with access to procurement opportunities supporting Ukraine's reconstruction and recovery. It consolidates tender information from major international financial institutions into a single, searchable platform to help UK companies identify relevant opportunities and participate in Ukraine's rebuilding efforts.
The UK government is committed to supporting Ukraine's recovery. Since Russia’s invasion of Ukraine in February 2022, global financial institutions have committed major resources for humanitarian aid and reconstruction. Organisations such as the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, World Bank, and European Investment Bank are funding projects in infrastructure, energy, healthcare, and other vital sectors.
This dashboard was developed by the Department for Business and Trade to increase transparency on available projects, their requirements, and how to participate in the competitive tender process, to enable UK businesses of all sizes to access international opportunities through properly governed, competitive tender processes.

Data notes
Current sources are the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EUBRD), the Work Bank Ukraine specific Opportunities (World Bank) and European Investment Bank (EIB). This data is updated daily before the working day (UK time). Approval to display this data publicly to inform businesses of opportunities available for them to competitively tender within the Ukraine market, has been received from data owners in writing. The Department for Business and Trade (DBT) is not responsible for the content or progress of any bids.
Financial Values were reported in Euro's or US dollars, and converted into GBP using the latest available published Bank of England FX rates (potentially with a few days delay). This includes historical reports.
